When you apply, you are automatically considered for all appropriate scholarships. In addition to submitting the form by Friday, February 11, 2011, you also must submit:
1. An essay about yourself
2. Portfolio work
3. Your KAPS Report
to the main JMC office, 201 Franklin Hall, by 5 p.m., Friday, February 11, 2011.

When you turn in your essay, KAPS report and portfolio, place them in a 9X12 Manila envelope, with your name and major on the front.
INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Eligibility
1. You must be an officially declared JMC major or pre-major.
2. Undergraduate and graduate students are eligible.
3. You are not eligible if you plan to graduate before August, 20
