The IBRO Latin America Regional Committee (LARC) will evaluate possible funding – Travel Grants – for presentation of posters at the 1st Meeting of the Federation of Neuroscience Societies in Latin America, the Caribbean and the Iberian Peninsula (FALAN) in Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
Brief description
First, the applicant must submit his/her abstract to the FALAN Congress for review at http://132.248.142.11/abstracts-falan.
Once the Scientific Committee of FALAN has accepted the abstract, the applicant will be notified and directed to apply to the IBRO Travel Grant application at http://larc.ibro.info/Users_Module/Priv_Collection_Start.asp?Reg_Col_ID=274.
Who should apply?
Only applicants who have already been selected by the Scientific Committee of the FALAN Congress to present their poster at the Congress may apply for a Travel Grant.
Applicants should not be older than 40 years.
Only applicants from Latin American countries are eligible to apply.
Selection
* The committee will evaluate and select 50 applications for funding of up to US$ 1000.
